Hot Rock Massage

A salt glow exfoliates the dead skin from your whole body, restoring the warm glow to your skin. Excellent way to get rid of gray dry winter skin and remove dull sun damage in the summer.

 Herbal Body Wraps

        Try our herbal body wraps, and lose 4 to 15 inches in one session. Our herbal inch loss wrap is all natural. The linens are soaked in a tea made from aloe and herbs.

      What should I expect? When you come in, we measure you in 20 different places. Then you are wrapped in the herb soaked linens. After which you are comfortably seated in a heated chair to rest and relax for an hour. Finally we un-wrap you and re-measure those 20 places. The differences are then added up for your total inch loss. This is not a weight loss wrap, you will be slimmer and your clothes will fit better, however the scale will record no weight loss. Please bring extra underwear, as the first set get wet during the wrap. Cotton or natural fiber underclothes work best. Men may find that briefs work better to be wrapped in, as lose fitting boxers make it difficult to keep the wrap linens on.

     How does the wrap work? The herbs cause your body to detoxify by stimulating the lymphatic system. When the toxins go, so does the puffiness that we all can't stand. It is very important to drink lots of water after a wrap to flush out more toxins. You will continue to lose inches for the next three days, if you drink the water.

      Can I wrap only my stomach? Yes, however we don't recommend it. When you wrap 10% of the body, you get 10% of the results. Detoxing the whole body will show the greatest improvement in well being and slimming. You actually feel healthier and relaxed after a wrap.

     Are there other services that combine well with a wrap? Yes, often people will have a body massage immediately following a wrap. The massage stimulates the circulation and lymphatic system as well, boosting the effect of the wrap. During the wrap, one can have a relaxing facial or foot massage.
